Flow Control Valves

Flow control valves use to control speed of piston by adjust the hole of valves. For control the flow of hydraulic oil to the appropriate pressure in that system.

วาล์วปรับอัตราการไหลทางเดียว เป็นวาล์วที่มีวาล์วกันกลับอยู่ภายใน ซึ่งวาล์วกันกลับนั้นจะใช้เป็นตัวกั้นน้ำมัน เพื่อให้ก้านสูบค่อยๆเคลื่อนที่ออกช้าๆ แต่กลับด้วยความเร็วปกติ

เมื่อมีน้ำมันไหลเข้ามาจากทางเข้าที่ 1 ไปทางเข้าที่ 2 น้ำมันจะไหลผ่านวาล์วปรับอัตราการไหล แต่เมื่อน้ำมันไหลจากทางเข้าที่ 2 ไปทางเข้าที่ 1 น้ำมันจะดันวาล์วกันกลับให้เปิดออก ดังนั้นน้ำมันจะไหลผ่านวาล์วกันกลับหรือเช็ควาล์วได้ ทำให้น้ำมันไหลได้เป็นจำนวนมาก

THROTTLE (CHECK) VALVES

  1. There is restrictor (throttle) in fluid line to restrict passage diameter and to adjust flow rate. Flow changes depending upon pressure difference of input and output pressure, produce at a restrictor.
  2. These valves are combined with non-return check valves to form throttle with reverse free flow and without restriction.
  3. Mounting surface of subplate type is made to ISO 5781 standard.

SOLENOID OPERATED SPEED CONTROL VALVES

  1. The series is pressure trace type using on hydraulic cylinder. Hydraulic motor that needs speed to control situation with pressure compensation so the press change of in an out port do not affect flow and the flow nose of mouth of check valve can be completely deleted.
  2. Then in port pressure can trace loading pressure so can reduce pressure loss to save electric power to prevent the raising of oil temperature.
  3. SF series is made by adjustable flow control valves & solenoid control valve is belong to two section solenoid adjust speed valve. General flow can be controlled when solenoid valve act the fluid can free flow. Application for slow speed, high speed two section speed control situation, suitable for injection machine close mold ciruit, press M/C & lathes M/C.
  4. SDF series is made by adjust flow control valve & solenoid valve belong to single adjust speed valve. General stop fluid solenoid act, the flow can be controlled Application for the M/C is using electric sign to control suitable for injection hydraulic motor circuit, lift M/C.
  5. SFD series is solenoid two section adjust speed valve be used on hydraulic cylinder which need slow speed, high speed, tow section speed situation application for injection M/C close mold circuit, press M/C. lathes M/C
  6. SD series is made by flow valve & solenoid control valve is a solenoid adjust speed valve. Using electric sign to be the switch power of hydraulic circuit
  7. SKF series double solenoid adjust speed valve be used on hydraulic cylinder the speed need slow speed, high speed, instant speed three section control situation. As with double coil so the speed can be used more convenience. Application for injection mold M/C. press M/C. lathes M/C.

  1. Flow is not fluctuated by pressure difference between inlet and outlet, and speed can be accurately controlled, because of internal pressure compensating device equipped.
